Additional improvements include fencing, access gates, gravel driveways, and utility connections. The lift station is intended to provide sewer infrastructure necessary to support future residential development of 74 lots within Perry Park Filing No. 4. Construction activities will involve excavation, trenching, and earthwork, with an anticipated schedule from July 2026 through September 2027.
