Reference Number 0000364278 Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Department of Community Development of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified contractors for work at the Greenland Post Office. The Contractor's responsibility will be related to the tasks identified below: A. Preservation Services : Siding Rehabilitation B. Architectural and Engineering Services: Construction Administration Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Department of Community Development of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified contractors for work at the Greenland Post Office. The initial agreement, issued as a result of this RFP, will be for a period of 1 year, beginning approximately November 2024 to and including November 2025. All proposed fees shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract period. The County shall have an option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, with the same terms and conditions. This agreement and/or extension to the original period of a subject agreement shall be contingent upon annual funding being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available for such purposes and subject to the County's unanimous satisfaction with the services received during the preceding agreement period.
