The selected bidder will assist with the design of an approximate 5 mile PVC pipeline, valves, railroad crossing, canal crossings, and water appurtenances. Project Description The District has initiated design of a new brine pipeline to convey brine from the District's new brine transfer pump station, located at the WTP site, to the District's new deep well DI-4 pump station. The brine pipeline will also convey brine to future deep injection wells DI-5, DI-6, and DI-7. The deep well and pump stations will be designed and constructed by others. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to: o Potholing; o Open trench pipeline installation in roadway and soils; Asphalt pavement repair and replacement;o Trenchless pipe installations at 5 locations and coordination with their respective agencies, including BNSF railroad, FRICO, and Henrylyn Irrigation District; o Asphalt road, gravel road, and site restoration in accordance with City and County standards; o Coordination with regulatory agencies; and o Identifying, obtaining, and maintaining relevant permits and licenses required to perform the work *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
