Demolition, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Waseca, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.

This project consists of the alteration of the post-secondary training facility and demolition and construction of the existing outbuilding. Construction to include but is not limited to new concrete floors with in-floor heat, new building facade and roof. The interior will include new gypsum board walls and cmu walls, along with new HVAC, plumbing and electrical components. Bidders must submit sealed proposals on the Bid Form provided in the project manual, accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond, U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Security is payable to the Owner as a guarantee of prompt execution of the contract and furnishing Payment and Performance Bonds of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. Bids must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act requirements and all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. The successful bidder must be a responsible contractor as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
