The Project consists of approximately 1,400 feet of roadway replacement on East Devon Street in the base bid and 600 feet of roadway rehabilitation on North Bay Ridge Avenue in an alternative bid. There is another alternative bid for various storm sewer upgrades on East Devon Street. Wisconsin Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) funding is being used on this project. Instructions to bidders include that sealed bids for the 2026 Road Program in the Village of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, will be accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Question Deadline 07/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
