Renovation of a military facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide brand name only fire suppression system components and associated kits manufactured by A.F.P. Corporation, with no substitutions permitted. Supply replacement fire suppression items, including specific part-numbered retrofit kits, panel kits, and water mist kits, in the required quantities, ensuring all items are sourced through an authorized distributor with an accompanying OEM authorization letter. Deliverables must include all packaging, crating, and marking in compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R requirements, including individual packaging of each kit with proper cushioning, labeling, and barcoding. Pricing must include all shipping and freight costs under FOB Destination terms, and vendors shall provide unit and total pricing along with confirmation of delivery timelines in accordance with the specified required delivery date.
