Installation of an upgraded security camera system at the Colquitt County Prison. "Turn-key" CCTV system to include all current and any additional cameras 2. Camera system capabilities: IP cameras, smart search feature, video analytics, Zone routing, Zone counting, push notification ( most current software programming available) Camera System must comply with section 889 of the 2019 NDAA. None of its components can be constructed by any of these companies: Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company Replace ALL cameras with IP, remove all existing analog cameras Completely remove and dispose of ALL old cables not in use Provide standard security cabinet with locking front and back doors, install new rack mount NVRs with hot swappable HDD's 7. Provide network switches to accommodate new cameras 8. Provide a client workstation for main control room and Deputy Warden's office 9. Provide all new cables, raceways, and conduits, needed to complete job 10. Replace all Cat6 cable in plenum with plenum rated cable 11. Remove existing Head-end unit and cameras to be given to owner for re-use, set up and configure new equipment, all equipment will be labeled to match As-builts 12. System should be configured to provide a fail over system that will maintain recordings for a minimum of 15 days in case of failure. All failover licenses and fail over setup to be completed before system turnover 13. Provide license and setup for video wall 14. Provide four 50-inch wall monitors without impeding on manual viewing area, one 32-inch client desktop viewing station 15. New cabling should be Plenum rated through-out and be for all cameras routing back to the security closet containing the head end equipment, each cable MUST be labeled for easy identification 16. VMS system must have the ability to utilize ONVIF drivers for cameras and work with multiple camera manufacturers (provide list) 17. Vandal resistant security cameras (IK10+ rated for correctional institute) 18. SD card storage at each camera (if available) 19. System shall provide 30 Days of on-site storage with 70% motion detection at 12 FPS (primary stream ) and 3 FPS continuous (secondary stream) 20. Provide NVR, Videos Review Stations, switch and camera spec sheets with bid documents 21. Hard wired system only - no wireless cameras or cloud-based storage systems will be accepted 22. Provide surge protection for power port and data ports 23. 1-hour minimum UPS Battery backup for whole system during power outages (rack mounted) 24. Provide POE switch with a minimum additional 10 ports for future cameras 25. ADA compliant 26. System to be easily expandable to add additional cameras in building-note capabilities of system 27. Auto hardware configuration 28. Provide pathway for remote access by Deputy Warden at his office PC and phone, all connections must be protected and approved by I/T Director 29. 32" Monitor, keyboard, and mouse provided for viewing in main control 30. All network connections will need to be approved by I/T Director 31. All software capabilities, licenses, and hardware needed, to be included in package, No Mandatory SMA agreements for the system shall be required 32. Complete user operating manual and onsite training after installation is complete 33. Contractor will install and verify proper operation in coordination with owner representative 34. Coordinate installation with Maintenance Superintendent to minimize disruption to facility 35. All equipment and supplies needed to complete the job will be supplied by contractor 36. All wiring will be concealed in wall or ceiling & installed following local and state codes 37. Provide unit price installed for any additional indoor or outdoor cameras requested 38. Provide cable unit price per foot installed 39. Provide warranty details and specification sheet for all equipment 40. Provide shop drawings with camera placement and coverage for approval 41. Provide a 24x36 hard copy and electronic copy of As-built plans at completion of entire installation before final payment 42. Must be installed by a certified installer 43. Abide by all local and state codes 44. All permits and fees will be the responsibility of the contractor 45.
