Sealed bids for Roof Repairs & Upgrades-Service Center Buildings are requested for the improvement of Service Center Roofs. The project requires furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a TPO Membrane Roof System on the main Service Center building and the installation of a Silicone Roof System on Building #4, according to specifications and the project diagram. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name, bidder's name, and bidder's address. The bid must also be accompanied by the required Bid Security and all other necessary documents. The sealed envelope should either be mailed or hand-delivered as directed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
