Renovation of a municipal facility in Moultrie, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for: Installation of a TPO Membrane Roof System on the main Service Center building; and Installation of a Silicone Roof System on Building #4, all in accordance with City of Moultrie specifications and as shown in the project diagram. All questions must be received no later than March 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM (local time). Remove debris and pressure clean entire roof . 2. Apply rust treatment . 3. Remove debris and pressure wash entire roof . 4. Apply rust inhibitor primer . 5. Apply encapsulation to all fasteners . 6. Embed reinforcement fabric at laps and high stress areas per 20 year warranty specification . 7. Base coats and top coats applied to 20 - year warranty specifications . 8. Clean and remove all debris from jobsite . 9. 20 -year NDL- NPR total system warranty to cover all roof system components related to High Solids Silicone installation project .
