The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: The work to be done shall consist of providing all materials and performing all labor necessary to complete the clearing and grubbing operations for the Jenkins County Industrial Park Sawmill Site. The work will include approximately 23 acres of clearing and grubbing, temporary sediment traps, silt fencing, construction exit, grassing, and mulching. Time allotted for completion of work is ninety (90) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
