As of August 12, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Tenant build-out and office expansion on Level 5 of the RSA Plaza building, including interior renovations and associated fire alarm system installation. Interior alterations, as indicated on the drawings, includes selective demolition of interior partitions, suspended ceiling systems, gypsum board soffits, doors and door frames, pre-cast column wraps, flooring, core drilling for floor boxes, HVAC ductwork and VAV units, electrical circuits and conduct, lighting fixtures, outlets to include conduit and junction boxes. New work includes, but not limited to interior partitions, doors and door frames, interior finishes, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, PIUS, HVAC ductwork, diffusers and grills, exhaust fans, circuits and conduit for power and interior lighting, conduit (and sleeves) and junction boxes for telecommunications outlets, data cabling, data outlets, and alterations to the fire alarm system and to the fire sprinkler system.
