Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Harrison Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all required labor, equipment and materials necessary to repair, blast clean and paint the interior and exterior surfaces of the existing welded steel Burtner Road Water Storage Tank. The work shall further include the following: 1. Furnish and install a new 24" diameter, frost-proof roof vent and stainless steel insect screen; 2. Furnish and install a new 36" shell manway; 3. Furnish a rubber duckbill check valve on 6" diameter overflow pipe; and 4 . Furnish and install a new power ventilation system. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.s list of planholders. Improvement of water storage tank involving general and mechanical construction work. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
