Proposed Start Date: September 22, 2025 Estimated Completion Date: January 20, 2026 Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline: 08/08/2025: If any person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, he may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. All requests for interpretation must be received by the Engineer at least five days before the bid opening.
