The 2025 Road Program for Beaver Meadows Borough will consist of two (2) base bids and one (1) alternate bid. The base bids will consist of curbline milling and paving of two (2) Borough Streets, plus a manhole replacement. The alternate bid will consist of curbline milling and paving of one (1) Borough Street. Additional information can be found in the Project Specifications. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Beaver Meadows Borough or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder naming Beaver Meadows Borough as oblige and acceptable surety in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
