The project consists of improvements to the Memorial Park Pavilion for Beaver Meadows Borough. The scope includes one base bid for the installation of a parking lot at the rear of the pavilion, a retaining wall, and additional ancillary upgrades. An alternate bid is requested for the installation of a cement concrete sidewalk. Instructions to bidders: All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft payable to Beaver Meadows Borough, or a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent of the total bid. Successful bidders must provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must comply with the Public Works Employment Verification Act and submit the corresponding verification form. PA Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all items, or waive technicalities and informalities in the bid.
