Question Deadline 08/18/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, sidewalk and curb replacement, bituminous paving, ADA curb ramps, lighting, street trees, inlet adjustments, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. The City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
