The project will re-roof the existing Physical Education Building at Penn State University's Hazleton campus. The new roof is an EPDM assembly. Fall protection will be added to the roof. The project is DGS. PSU must prequalify contractors for roofing. Question Deadline 07/25/2025 The Bidder shall submit all questions, clarifications, bid document discrepancies or omissions via the eBuilder Q&A Board within the Bid Package. Inquiries shall be answered in the form of an Addendum. To receive attention, inquiries must be submitted not later than Noon, Ten (10) days prior to the Bid Date
