Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

This project will not be rebid The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to stabilize the building exterior using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, cleaning and replacing gutters and downspouts, temporary shoring of the rectory porch and balcony, safety netting around selected areas of brick veneer, chimney removal and selected roof replacement and repair. Question Deadline 06/18/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through online Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The Project Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. PN - 1072119.000
