HCA - 2025 Paving Project - Humboldt Street Question Deadline 09/04/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Online Portal. The contract will be awarded publicly at the September 9, 2025 Bid results will be available online The Authority reserves the right to reject any Bids or waive any irregularities. Bids may be held for 60 days after opening, however awarding of the contract to the lowest responsible bidder may be delayed 120 days in order to obtain required approval of other government agencies or closing on project funds. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and payment bond equal to 100% of the Contract price. Hazleton City Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The contractor shall restore existing pavement as marked in the field. Work required is tabulated on bid sheet for the roadways. The excavation and installation of Type-M concrete inlet concrete top unit with steel bicycle safe grates. Incidental items: sweeping of roadway, tack coating, paving notches, drives, approaches, curb reveals, sealing of joints, as necessary. Contractor to properly dispose of excavated material. Milled material can be used as shoulder back-up where needed, extra material to be delivered to the Authority and remains Authority property.
