Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Austin, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.

Bridge removal, installation of concrete box culverts, grading, bituminous paving, riprap placement, erosion control, and turf establishment. TYPE OF WORK: Replace Bridge 89212 LOCATION : CSAH 5 AND CSAH 13 (140th Street) Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. All work on this project must be completed within twenty (20) working days. The Contractor may start construction operations either in the fall of 2026, or after June 15, 2027, And all work shall be completed no later than August 27, 2027.
