The Riverland Austin campus is approved to replace a chiller that serves Building A on the Austin campus. Interested parties may view and/or download the RFP Documents at no cost on the Minnesota State QuestCDN private interface website. For this RFP, only submittals received via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com will be accepted. Interested responders can submit a response to the RFP RFQs by registering with QuestCDN online or calling (952) 233-1632. Respondents can submit their RFP responses for a non-refundable charge of $15.00. Registering as a plan holder is required for all architects in order to submit a proposal. Plan holders will receive notifications via email from QuestCDN of addenda and other document updates. Instructions for soliciting online are included in the RFP RFQ documents. To access the electronic RFP RFQ documents, download the required submittal documents, and click the online bidding button at the top of the bid advertisement when the RFP RFQ is published and ready for submittals. The Riverland Community College Austin campus desires to enter in design and construction to replace the chiller serving Building A (53,400 GSF). Building A of Riverland Community College's West Campus uses an air-cooled chiller located on the north side of the building. The chilled water is then directed to the mechanical room in Building A, which houses four Air Handling Units (AHUS) and hot water heating equipment. The current chilled water system was installed in 2001, and the existing York air-cooled chiller operates with R-22 refrigerant.
