Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, programming, installation, and testing necessary to repair and modernize the base fire alarm system across multiple facilities. Work includes removing and replacing existing Simplex fire alarm control panels (FACP), replacing existing initiating devices with addressable devices, and installing Ethernet-compatible communications packages that comply with COINv3 standards to support current fire alarm reporting requirements. Existing building-to-building fiber communications shall be upgraded to COINv3-compatible Ethernet infrastructure. Services include integration of fire alarm systems with existing Mass Notification Warning Systems (MNWS), Very Early Warning Smoke Detection (VESDA) systems, communications vault fire suppression and detection systems, kitchen detection and suppression notification systems, and other existing life-safety systems where applicable. Work also includes replacement and upgrade of existing TrueSite Workstations (TSW) with new COINv3-compatible workstations utilizing Windows 11 or equivalent platforms, enhanced graphics, approved user interfaces, base maps, building identification and notification displays, and battery backup power supplies. The contractor shall install, configure, program, integrate, and test all fire alarm panels, communication devices, initiating devices, and monitoring workstations to ensure full operational functionality and reporting to the central monitoring stations located in Buildings 541 and 636. All equipment shall be manufactured by Simplex to ensure compatibility and interoperability with existing systems throughout the installation. All work shall be performed in accordance with UFC 3-600-01 and ANG ETL 15-01-03 requirements. Location: Peoria Air National Guard Base, 2416 South Falcon Boulevard, Peoria, IL 61607.
