Reference number: 20155684 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-07-06 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 24 Description The Municipality of Austin wishes to obtain the services of a company for the snow removal and winter maintenance of the traffic lanes included in Circuit no 2, consisting of the Lac des Sittelles and Lac Webster sectors.This is a two-year contract, for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 contract seasons. To be considered, the tender must be accompanied by a tender security in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the tendered amount for the first year of the contract, including taxes, and a letter of commitment issued by an insurance company guaranteeing the issue of a performance bond in favour of the Municipality of Austin. The tender, together with the security to accompany it and all other documents to be provided, shall be deemed valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening the tenders. Only surety bonds issued by companies licensed as insurers in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the solicitation document.
