Full removal of existing asphalt pavement and replacement with 4,000 PSI concrete for Jagoe Street, North Street, South Street, & Jackson Street. McCart Street, Krum, TX 76249 Phone: (940) 398-7307 Email: jhiggins@cityofkrum.com Office Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT | Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM CDT The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the following services: 2.1 General Paving Services Asphalt overlay and resurfacing of existing streets Full-depth reclamation (FDR) of deteriorated roadway base and surface Hot mix asphalt (HMA) patching and pothole repair Crack sealing and surface treatment Subgrade stabilization and base repair prior to paving Milling of existing asphalt pavement as needed 2.2 Concrete Work 4,000 PSI concrete (PCC) street reconstruction Curb and gutter replacement and installation Concrete driveway apron repair and replacement Handicap ramp construction and ADA compliance upgrades 2.3 Associated Work o Removal and disposal of existing pavement materials o Traffic control planning, signage, and flagging during all operations o Utility coordination and minor adjustments (manhole rings, valve boxes) o Adjustment and protection of water meters, fire hydrants, and sewer clean-outs to finished grade Striping, pavement markings, and reflective markers o Cleanup and site restoration upon project completion
