Site work for an educational facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Bradbury Stamm, the selected CMAR for this project, is accepting proposals for the Foundation Early Work Package only. Work consists of earthwork, soil improvements, shoring, building foundations, tower crane foundation, basement slab only, waterproofing and underslab MEP, etc. All other work will be solicited in the future. Submit questions no later than 5:00 pm July 7 to btowne@bradburystamm.com Project Work Includes: 1. Bid Package 1 : Work consists of excavation and soil improvements (ie. rammed aggregate piers). Structural work includes basement footings, slab, walls, single elevator pit and sump, and Level 1 footings (no slab on grade at Level 1 ). Vapor barrier at basement slab and associated waterproofing at elevator pit only. Building systems includes associated basement sub-slab utilities, sub-grade drainage (only where below slab and where penetrates basement walls).
