Furnish all materials, labor, coordination, supervision, equipment, and related services necessary to accomplish the work associated with the Exercise Court project at AFOTEC Building 20130. Work shall be performed in a neat, substantial, and workmanlike manner in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide the personnel, materials, and equipment required to complete the project, including maintaining the proposed schedule and meeting all quality requirements for materials and workmanship. The contractor must be capable of providing U.S. citizens to perform the work and shall comply with all applicable solicitation requirements, provisions, clauses, and site access procedures. Questions received prior to and/or during the site visit will be answered by Noon MDT on 29 Jul 26 Pickleball/Basketball/Volleyball recreational court complex. Recreational court complex is located on the North West corner of Wyoming Blvd. and D Ave. Demo and remove 120' by 130' (15,600) sq ft of existing asphalt. Demo existing fence for construction access. Reinstall fence and provide/install wind/privacy netting to all 4 sides of the fence upon project completion. Install 120' x 130' x 4" of concrete with Fiber mesh reinforcement. Install 9 new pole footings 2 feet wide by 2 feet deep with rebar cages. Install 6 new poles for 3 pickleball courts with nettings. Install 2 new poles for volleyball court with netting. Install footing and pole base for basketball half court. Provide all poles, striping material , pickleball coating and basketball goal. Install striping for pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, coordination and supervision necessary to accomplish the work in the recreational court complex located on the NW corner of Wyoming Blvd. and D Ave., Kirtland AFB, NM . Work shall be performed in a neat, substantial and a workmanlike manner.
