The CRA has canceled its Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design & Engineering services and has reissued the solicitation as a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Qualification Packages from interested and qualified professionals offering to provide services responsive to a DOT Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods Grant. Experience shall include but not be limited to the following services: transportation planning, design development, environmental assessment, Project Management, Infrastructure Condition Analysis, Transportation Design, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Public Art Consultation, Government Relations, and Landscape Architecture. QPs received after the deadline set for receipt shall not be considered. The CRA shall reserve the right to interview any of the respondents and to reject all Qualification Packages if said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Memphis and Shelby County.
