Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Shelburn, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 1,865 lineal feet of 6-inch water main and 251 lineal feet of 8-inch water main, installation of new fire hydrants, gate valves, new water service lines, and associated site restoration. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. B. Bidders shall submit all questions to the Engineer in writing via email to Dustin Whalen, P.E. (dwhalen@hwcengineering.com). Questions will be taken until 12:00 PM local time Tuesday, July 14, 2026. At this time no further questions will be answered, or changes made to the documents. A final addendum, if required, will be issued on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
