Demolition for a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) of the City of Saint Paul is seeking qualified demolition contractors for the complete demolition and site restoration of a multifamily structure at 648 Bush Avenue and a single-family structure at 656 Bush Avenue. The project includes removal of all buildings, foundations, basement walls and floors, associated site improvements, utility disconnections, hazardous material coordination, debris disposal, grading, and final site restoration with topsoil and seed/sod. Contractors will be responsible for obtaining permits, completing asbestos and hazardous materials surveys, implementing dust and pest control measures, and performing all work in accordance with City of Saint Paul demolition requirements. The outbuilding located behind 656 Bush Avenue is excluded from demolition. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul (HRA) is seeking quotes for demolition services. Services shall include the following but is not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary or incidental to the wrecking and removal of structures
