Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a power facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; for the demolition of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

Demolition of existing DA tray spray head, installation of new isolation valves on low-pressure steam and boiler feed water lines, installation of owner-provided tray spray head and safety relief valves, extension of doghouse structure above the roof, and addition of an upper-level maintenance platform. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
