Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Emergency electrical circuit conversion at Uptown Station. All questions after the pre-bid shall be addressed to the Architect of record and must be received no later than 3:00 pm prevailing time on July 3, 2026. Work covers construction of a modifications to the existing electrical system to transfer designated receptacle and office power circuits currently served by the normal power system to the building emergency power system within existing office areas on second and third floor. Work includes field verification of existing conditions, panelboard and branch circuit modifications, new conductors and raceways as required, reidentification of devices and panels, testing of revised circuits, and all associated electrical work required for a complete and functional installation.
