Provide non-personal services to convert canopy signage and refurbish five existing monument signs at Building 950. Work includes fabrication and installation of an aluminum composite material (ACM) backer panel, installation of backlit channel letters, electrical integration for illuminated signage, and masonry repair and painting of the existing monument signs. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the signage conversion and refurbishment requirements. Location: Building 950, Fort Eustis, 650 Monroe Avenue, Fort Eustis, VA 23604. This is a solicitation to provide non-personal services to convert canopy signage and refurbish five (5) monument signs at Bldg 950, Ft Eustis, VA. The scope includes fabrication and installation of an ACM backer panel, backlit channel letters, electrical integration, and masonry repair and painting of existing monument signs. 1.3.1 Canopy Lettering: The Contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other required personnel and services to mount backlit channel letters and branding logos to a backer panel on the canopy fascia at the entrance of Bldg 950. The backer panel shall fully encompass previous flush-mounted signage area to conceal residual lettering and branding holes and blemishes. Abandoned mounting holes will be sealed with high-grade silicone to ensure a water-tight canopy fascia. All mounting hardware must be non-corrosive. 1.3.2 Monument Signs: The Contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment, tools, materials, supervision , and other required personnel and services to repair, refurbish, rebrand, and cosmetically refresh the base of five existing monument signs to like-new condition on the Bldg 950 campus 1.3.3 Measurements: All measurements, specifications, and materiel requirements addressed in this PWS shall be verified by contractors; and agreed to by the Government, during the initial Site Visit.
