Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Description: The Improvements under this Contract consist of Milling and Resurfacing of SR 61 (US 319) from Timberwolf Crossing to Georgia State Line. Other improvements include paved shoulder construction, guardrail upgrades, misc. asphalt construction, driveway improvements, and minor drainage improvements. This project also includes the extension of the existing southbound right turn lane at Timberwork Crossing. The existing TTMS site (550349) at STA. 732+60 will be replaced. The project will receive upgrades to signing and pavement markings along SR 61. All work is to be done in Leon County.
