Installation of approximately 4,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC water main pipe along portions of Clyde Road and Montezuma Street. The Project includes the following Work: The project improvements include installing approximately 4,000 LF of new 12" diameter PVC pipe along portions of Clyde Road and Montezuma Street in the Town of Lyons, Wayne County, NY. Work will include layout, trenching, excavating, and directional drilling of new watermain; new hydrants and valves; service transfers; connections to existing watermains; 1,900 LF of 4' wide concrete sidewalk replacement; and restoration of pavement, driveways, and turf areas. Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General In accordance with Section 101.5. of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, Bidders shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting, (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (c) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures.
