Removal of the existing wood shake style shingles and installation of new architectural asphalt shingles for the University of Utah Building No. 649. Reference Number 0000428277 Question Deadline 07/08/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions regarding this IFB should be submitted through BidNet Direct (formerlyBidSync) Roof replacement at the University of Utah Building No. 649 - 150 S Fort Douglas Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84113. Officers club shall include removal of the existing wood shake style shingles and installation of new architectural asphalt shingles. Work shall also include removal and replacement of the existing EPDM roofing system at the upper-roof areas. The existing fiberglass sandwich panel skylight assembly shall be removed and replaced with metal framed glass skylight system of similar configuration . Provide and install a new hot edge metal heat trace system, including heat trace cables within the existing rain gutters and downspouts. Work shall also include preparation and painting of existing architectural wood trim and roof edge wood trim elements associated with roof assemblies.
