Construction of a new 33,000 sf commercial building including administrative offices, conference rooms, breakroom, and a warehouse with a mezzanine. Scope includes site development of 9 acres including mass and fine grading, installation of utilities (stormwater, water main, septic, gas, power), asphalt roadway construction, concrete/asphalt/gravel paving, and landscaping/irrigation infrastructure.
