Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Post Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 33,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; industrial development; and industrial development.
Construction of a new 33,000 sf commercial building including administrative offices, conference rooms, breakroom, and a warehouse with a mezzanine. Scope includes site development of 9 acres including mass and fine grading, installation of utilities (stormwater, water main, septic, gas, power), asphalt roadway construction, concrete/asphalt/gravel paving, and landscaping/irrigation infrastructure.
