The City of Post Falls is accepting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested consultants for completion of an operational efficiency evaluation at the Post Falls Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). Evaluation will include existing secondary, tertiary, and disinfection treatment and may be used to inform future facility expansion plans. The Public Works Department is seeking a qualified consultant team with expertise in process evaluation and design of wastewater treatment infrastructure specifically headworks and influent flow equalization, biological nutrient removal secondary treatment, tertiary treatment technologies, ultraviolet disinfection, and facility electric power use. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
