The Authority is seeking the supply and installation of an engineered holding tank or retention pond to support the future installation of a fire suppression system. The scope of work includes all labor and materials necessary for the provision of one (1) holding tank or pond as part of the preparation for fire suppression infrastructure. Bidders are expected to provide proposals for the supply and installation of this component to facilitate future system requirements. Design, supply, approvals, and installation of either a holding tank or retention pond for a future fire suppression system, including engineering design/approval, piping connections for future pumphouse, overflow management, water supply strategy, maintenance access, coordination with local fire department, site preparation, drainage, restoration, regulatory approvals, and all associated labour, materials and equipment.
