The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 5,100 feet of 8" to 16" water main with approximately 370 feet of 8" water main, 4,275 feet of 12" water main, and 450 feet of 16" water main in 30" casing, installation of all associated fittings, valves, fire hydrants, connections to existing water mains, abandoning/removing existing water mains and appurtenances, service connection extensions, as well as replacement of approximately 1,350 feet of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer, with approximately 350 feet inside 24" steel casing installed via jack and bore, installation of sewer manholes, connections to existing sewer, abandoning existing sewer mains, sewer services reconnections, maintenance of traffic, and surface restoration. Contract will commence to run on September 1, 2026 & Final completion- June 28, 2027 Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
