Renovation of Main Branch IT room and Storytime Room including flooring replacement, drywall work, and ceiling reconfiguration; miscellaneous renovations to public areas at Rakow Branch including drywall work; involves electrical, fire protection, HVAC, painting, casework, and plumbing. Bids for respective packages are due prior to the indicated time. See the specific Scope of Work for work inclusion and responsibility. Generally, the work may be described as follows: BP-06A - General Trades Work , BP-09A - Painting Work, BP-09B - Flooring Work, BP-21A - Fire Protection Work, BP-23A - HVAC Work, BP-26A - Electrical Work Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
