The total estimated value of this contract is $10,000,000.00 for both terms. Construction may include but is not limited to: Street reconstruction, base and pavement replacement, cleaning and sealing joints and cracks, curb ramps, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls-combination type, speed humps, topsoil, sodding, signage, pavement markings installation, adjusting existing valve boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. The deadline to ask questions is 7/17/2026 4:00 PM CST Questions are to be submitted in writing in the Questions and Answers section online This Task Order Contract (the "Contract") shall take effect on the date approved by the San Antonio City Council (Effective Date) and continue in full force and effect for 183 calendar days from Effective Date (Initial Term) unless extension or earlier termination shall occur pursuant to any of the provisions hereof. For this solicitation, the City requires the successful Bidder to submit Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount for respective term, estimated to be $5,000,000.00 each as identified in the Construction Estimated Value Section of this solicitation document.
