Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Washington County Facilities Division is seeking a quote to install two transaction windows in the Permitsand Civil Lobbys at the Law Enforcement Center. One transaction window will serve the Permits Department and the other transation window will serve the Civil Department. In addition the lobby for Civil will be made to consolidate one entry to serve both departments. The lobby must remain open during business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM), requiring work to be completed after hours. Background checks will be required. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. All work needs to be completed in 30 days from Construction Start Date. Estimated start date is 8/31/2026. All long lead items are required to be on-site prior to beginning construction. The work must be done after regular business hours (M -F, 8AM-5PM ) which is weekends and/or between 5PM to 7AM. Background checks are required for this project. Dust control and protection of adjacent spaces is required. Permit will be obtained by Washington County upon contract award.
