One transaction window will serve the Permits Department and the other transation window will serve the Civil Department. In addition the lobby for Civil will be made to consolidate one entry to serve both departments. The lobby must remain open during business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM), requiring work to be completed after hours. Background checks will be required.
