Site work, paving and renovation of a transportation facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The refurbishment and relocation of one Passenger Boarding Bridge, installation of a new boarding bridge fixed walkway, and all associated controls, equipment, accessories, and foundations. The project also includes building architectural and electrical improvements. Security cameras and boarding door card readers must conform with current MAC design standards. Site work consists of concrete removal and restoration, fuel pipe and hydrant pit installation, and pavement markings. Major items include: refurbished passenger boarding bridge (1 EA), new fixed walkway (77 LF), passenger boarding bridge walkway caissons (3 EA), concrete pavement (170 SY), aircraft fueling system (1 LS), PC air unit (1 EA), ground power unit (1 EA), pavement marking (1 LS), electrical distribution (1 LS), camera systems (5 LS), and jet blast deflector demolition (1 LS). Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
