Paving at the Northwestern School District Campus. Area #1 Northwestern Elementary School parking lot (Area in Orange on Map #1) 1. Milling of Bituminous pavement surface, (2" target depth). 2. Shall have a 2" overlay process with .5" being a leveling (Scratch) course of 9.5 MM PennDOT approved hot Bituminous rolled asphalt with 1.5" wear course of 9.5 MM PennDOT approved hot Bituminous rolled asphalt. Material retained by Northwestern School District. 3. All areas should have tack coat applied to them before paving to begin. 4. Repainting of parking lot spaces. Note: Incidental to wearing course, All Bituminous seams, abutting edges (including center joint), around inlets, manholes, valve boxes will be neatly sealed with bituminous sealer. Any manhole covers or valve boxes sealed shut will be cleaned to satisfaction of the Northwestern School District. Area #2 Sugar Shack lot at Northwestern High School (Area in Green on Map #1) 1. Milling of Bituminous pavement surface, (2" target depth). 2.
