Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Farmingville, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of August 19, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded prolly 2 weeks or so. The Intent of this Project is to remove and dispose of the existing ramp and install an ADA Compliant Ramp at Town of Brookhaven Town Hall.
