Demolition, site work, environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Salamanca, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 15,000-square-foot municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; for environmental remediation for a municipal facility; for the construction of a 12,400-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project Summary: Demolition of approximately 15,000 SF existing garage. The project work includes asbestos abatement, PCB removal of plus removal of the entire existing garage complete including all trades (all electrical, plumbing, mechanical components), including foundations and footings. Construction of approximately 12,400 SF office and vehicle storage space. The project work includes the installation of sub-grade, foundation, PEMB structure, building shell and interior fit-out, electrical, plumbing, mechanical components, site utilities, and site development. The project will have one (1) prime contract. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
