As per addendum 1, this project has been postponed. A new bid period will be advertised in the coming weeks. The work consists of furnishing materials and labor to complete the PH 5.1 – Transportation Buildings for the Salamanca City Central School District. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the specified deadline. Bidding document drawings and specifications can be examined at designated locations or obtained for a fee from Dataflow. Digital sets are also available for a non-refundable fee. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may waive informalities in bids at their discretion but is not obligated to do so and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five days after the opening unless an error is claimed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Pre-Bid Walk Through is scheduled, and attendance is highly recommended. Bidders are called to attention regarding conditions of employment and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. All bids must comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
