Furnish materials and labor to complete the PH 5.1 – Transportation Buildings for the Salamanca City Central School District. Bidding Document drawings and specifications may be examined at designated locations. Complete sets of Bidding Document drawings and specifications may be obtained in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, with a deposit and non-refundable shipping fee. All bids must comply with the requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may waive informalities in bids or reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five days after bid opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Walk Through is highly recommended. Particular attention is called to the requirements regarding conditions of employment and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
