Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sheridan, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Work includes erosion controls, site security, and ultra-block abutment construction. Installation of owner-supplied 80-foot railcar bridge, construction of ADA-compliant concrete ramps, and installation of removable bollards. Project concludes with site cleanup and vegetation restoration. The project includes the following work: The installation of a 66,000 pound railcar bridge involves a series of site-specific tasks. These include establishing erosion and sediment controls, ensuring site security, and constructing ultrablock abutment foundations. Then unloading of a 80-foot railcar bridge, procured by the owner, from the delivery provided by owner organized trucking company. The bridge is then positioned onto the abutments and secured with appropriate anchor components. ADA-compliant concrete ramps are constructed on either side of the bridge to facilitate access. Removable bollards are to be installed. The project concludes with site cleanup and the restoration of vegetation in areas that have been disturbed during the installation process.
