Cancellation Description Administrative error. Will be reposting. Repair the underground pre-insulated hot-water distribution loop at a federal correctional institution. Provide all labor, supervision, technical engineering, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to complete repairs at Locations A and B, including structural pipe lining, mechanical repairs, excavation, testing, and surface restoration. Work includes installation of a structural liner suitable for the specified temperatures and pressures, welding, insulation restoration, leak-detection continuity, hydrostatic testing, utility isolation, restoration of disturbed surfaces, and implementation of temporary hot-water contingency measures. Services must also address security coordination, escort requirements, tool control, institutional work restrictions, and compliance with hot-water outage limitations for housing units.
